What is 2-Way Tricot, and how is it different from regular fabric?
2-Way Tricot is the “Gold Standard” in the 3D mouse pad world. It features elasticity in two directions, a silky-smooth touch, and high printing resolution. Compared with cheaper Lycra fabrics, it is more durable, fade-resistant, and reproduces fine character details clearly.
Are the pads filled with silicone or sponge?
YUMEOO uses high-purity silicone filling for a resilient, skin-like tactile feel. Lower-cost alternatives often use foam or sponge, which can flatten and lose support after repeated use.
Why does my new 3D mouse pad have a “new product” smell?
This is a normal, non-toxic scent from the fresh rubber base and silicone being sealed in packaging, much like a new-car smell. Place the pad in a well-ventilated area for 24–48 hours and the scent will naturally dissipate.
What should I do if the fabric on my pad is bubbling?
This is extremely rare due to YUMEOO’s thermal bonding process. If you receive a product with a quality defect, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours. We will recreate and reship it for free.
