1. Return and Refund Policy

We only replace or refund items with serious defects or damages.

* Please note: Slight scratches, stains, or other marks on the body pillow are not eligible for returns or refunds. Additionally, slight injuries due to compression during violent logistics are considered normal and will not affect use; however, we may offer partial compensation.

Please note:

    We do not accept returns or refunds if customers purchase the wrong body pillow or size.
  • 2.
    Please contact us immediately if you find any problems. Requests made after 3 days of receipt will not be accepted.
  • 3.
    We do not accept returns or refunds for delivery errors caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
2. What should I do if my order is missing or damaged?

Please contact us via email and provide the following information:

    Send photos of the items and the package you received.
  • 2.
    If an item was omitted, we will verify this through our shipping system.
  • 3.
    Once confirmed, we will issue a partial refund or resend the missing/damaged items.
3. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong pillow, please contact us via email with:

  • 1.
    A photo of the incorrect item received.
  • 2.
    Once the mistake is confirmed, we will resend the correct item to you at no extra cost.
