1. How to place an order on your website?

Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart or click the "Buy it Now" button.

Click checkout, fill in your address and select a delivery method. Don't forget to write down your contact email so that you can receive order confirmation and delivery information emails.

Complete payment through Paypal, Credit cards, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and then you will receive an order confirmation email.

After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email containing tracking information.
2. I entered the wrong address, how can I change it?

Contact us via email within 24 hours and provide your order number. Please send us the correct address in the following format:

Please notice: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address for you.
3. How can I cancel my order?

4. When will you start shipping my order?

We process a batch of orders every three days and send them to the factory for production.

5. Order Status
"Processing"

1. Your order is being arranged and has not been shipped yet. Please feel free to contact us via email for more details.

2. Your order has been shipped, but the courier has not updated the tracking number yet. Please feel free to contact us via email for more details.

"Completed"

This means that your order has been shipped and you should receive an email from us containing a tracking number. You can click on the link in the email to view tracking information.
