Q 2. Will the packaging show what is inside? (Privacy Concerns)
Not at all. We prioritize your privacy above all else. Every order from YUMEOO is sent via 100% Discreet Shipping. We use plain, neutral boxes with no logos or product descriptions on the outside. The sender info is also anonymized—unless you open the box yourself, no one will know what’s inside.
Q 3. How do I clean my 3D mouse pad?
We recommend hand washing with lukewarm water (around 30°C/86°F) and a small amount of neutral soap (like hand soap). Gently rub the fabric and silicone areas with your fingertips, rinse thoroughly, and air dry flat in a shaded area.
⚠️ WARNING: Never use a washing machine or hair dryer. High heat and mechanical agitation will damage the 3D structure and the adhesive bonding.
Q 4. What is 2-Way Tricot, and how is it different from regular fabric?
2-Way Tricot is the "Gold Standard" in the 3D mouse pad world. It features incredible elasticity (stretching in two directions), a silky-smooth touch, and the highest possible printing resolution. Compared to cheaper Lycra fabrics, it is more durable, fade-resistant, and perfectly reproduces every fine detail of your favorite characters.
Q 5. Are the pads filled with silicone or sponge?
At YUMEOO, we only use high-purity medical-grade silicone. Silicone is incredibly resilient and mimics a "skin-like" tactile feel. Cheaper alternatives on the market often use foam or sponge, which will flatten and lose support after just a few weeks of use.

It depends on your work environment! If your office is open-minded, our ergonomic wrist-rest models are perfect. If you have concerns, we offer plenty of "Safe For Work" (SFW) anime designs that allow you to showcase your personality without any awkwardness.

Q 9. Why does my new 3D mouse pad have a "new product" smell?
This is a normal, non-toxic scent from the fresh rubber base and silicone being sealed in packaging—much like a "new car smell." It is completely safe. Simply place the pad in a well-ventilated area for 24–48 hours, and the scent will naturally dissipate.
Q 10. What should I do if the fabric on my pad is bubbling?
This is extremely rare at YUMEOO due to our advanced thermal bonding technology. However, if you receive a product with any quality defects, please contact our support team at within 48 hours. We will recreate and reship it for free.

Q 12. Will the silky fabric affect my gaming mouse precision?
Not at all. The tight weave of our 2-Way Tricot provides a very consistent surface, making it ideal for both optical and laser mouse sensors. Even at high DPI settings, it offers precise tracking.
Q 13. What is the anti-slip base made of? Does it smell?
We use a premium anti-slip PU base. Compared to cheap recycled rubber, our base has a much stronger grip and almost zero odor. It acts like a suction cup, staying firmly in place.
Q 14. Is the mouse pad heat-resistant? Can I put a hot mug on it?
Our 2-Way Tricot has decent heat resistance. However, to protect the internal silicone, we do not recommend placing boiling-hot mugs directly on the pad.
Q 15. Will the colors fade if exposed to sunlight?
Prolonged exposure to direct UV rays can cause colors to fade over time. To keep your "Waifu" looking vibrant, keep the pad in a shaded indoor area.
Q 16. Is there a tactile difference between "Oppai" and "Butt" designs?
At YUMEOO, both designs use the same high-purity silicone filling, so the soft, squishy tactile feel is consistent across both styles.
