Each answer is based on the current YUMEOO product and service information. Open only the topics you need, whether you are choosing an oppai mousepad, a butt mousepad, a life-size format, or a custom mouse pad.
01 — feel & performance
Materials and everyday comfort
What makes a YUMEOO ergonomic anime mouse pad different, and how it fits into gaming, work and everyday desk use.
01Are 3D mouse pads effective for relieving wrist pain?
The ergonomically shaped silicone support is designed to help keep your wrist at a more natural, neutral angle during long work or gaming sessions. It can reduce pressure on the wrist compared with a flat surface, but comfort needs vary by person and it is not a substitute for medical advice.
02What is 2-Way Tricot, and how is it different from regular fabric?
2-Way Tricot is a smooth, elastic fabric that stretches in two directions. On YUMEOO 3D mouse pads, it is used for its soft feel and detailed artwork reproduction. Compared with lower-cost Lycra fabrics, it is presented as more durable and fade-resistant.
03Are YUMEOO pads filled with silicone or sponge?
YUMEOO uses high-purity, medical-grade silicone filling. The material is resilient and provides the soft, supportive tactile feel shared across our 3D mouse pad styles.
04Will the silky fabric affect gaming mouse precision?
No. The tight weave of 2-Way Tricot is designed to provide a consistent surface for both optical and laser mouse sensors, including high-DPI use.
05What is the anti-slip base made of? Does it smell?
We use an anti-slip PU base intended to help the mouse pad stay in place on a desk. It is designed to have very little odor compared with recycled-rubber alternatives.
06Is there a tactile difference between oppai and butt mousepad designs?
Both YUMEOO oppai mousepads and butt mousepads use the same high-purity silicone filling. The soft, squishy tactile feel is therefore consistent between the two styles.
07Could I have an allergic reaction to the materials?
YUMEOO products have passed safety testing. The fabric is described as skin-friendly and breathable, while the filling is medical-grade silicone. If you have a known material sensitivity, please consider your individual needs before use.
08Is an anime mouse pad appropriate for the office?
That depends on your workplace. If you prefer a lower-profile option, YUMEOO also offers Safe For Work anime designs so you can add personality to your desk with less concern.
02 — keep it looking good
Care, cleaning and longevity
Simple care choices help preserve the texture, structure and artwork of a 3D mouse pad over time.
09How do I clean my 3D mouse pad?
Hand wash with lukewarm water (about 30°C / 86°F) and a small amount of neutral soap, such as hand soap. Gently rub the fabric and silicone with your fingertips, rinse thoroughly, then air dry flat in a shaded area.
10Why does my new 3D mouse pad have a “new product” smell?
A mild, non-toxic scent can occur when the fresh rubber base and silicone have been sealed in packaging. Place the pad in a well-ventilated area for 24–48 hours and the scent should naturally dissipate.
11What should I do if the fabric on my pad is bubbling?
Fabric bubbling is uncommon. If your YUMEOO order arrives with a quality issue, contact [email protected] within 48 hours. The support team will arrange the applicable next step, including recreation and reshipment where appropriate.
12Can I put a hot mug on a 3D mouse pad?
Although 2-Way Tricot has some heat resistance, we do not recommend placing boiling-hot mugs directly on the pad because heat can affect the internal silicone.
13Will direct sunlight fade the artwork?
Prolonged direct UV exposure can fade colors over time. Keep your YUMEOO anime mouse pad in a shaded indoor area to help keep its artwork vibrant.
